Pull-Apart Cheeseburger Sliders

Our Pull-Apart Cheeseburger Slider Kit is sure to be a hit with your guests. It includes soft slider buns filled with beef mince, cheese and burger sauce, it'll be the perfect addition to any party menu!

  • 1 drizzle oil
  • 600 g beef mince
  • 200 g Colby cheese, grated
  • 1 pack slider buns
  • 100 g burger sauce


  • Preheat oven to 220°C (or 200°C fan bake). Set aside a lined baking tray.
  • Heat oil in a large frypan on medium-high heat. Add beef mince and cook, stirring, for 4-5 minutes until beef is browned. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Prep cheese and set aside. Do not separate individual buns. Place hand flat on top of buns. Use a bread knife to slice through all of the buns horizontally, taking care not to pull them apart.
  • Place bottom buns on lined baking tray. Top with beef, cheese and top buns. Bake for 8-10 minutes, until cheese is melted and buns are golden brown.
  • Sliders on a tray with burger sauce on the side. Pull apart to serve.
