Saucy Butter Chicken Naan Bread Pizza

Creamy, rich and flavourful butter chicken, grilled on top of a garlic naan. How good!
Servings 2 pizzas


  • 1 pack garlic naan
  • 300 g free range chicken thighs
  • 1/2 brown onion, cut into wedges
  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • 50 g butter curry paste
  • 1/4 pack coconut cream
  • 100 g grated mozzarella cheese, grated


  • Preheat oven to high grill.
  • Pat chicken dry, cut onion into wedges and toss both in a bowl with butter curry paste. Heat butter and a drizzle of oil in pan and cook chicken and onion for 5-7 minutes, until browned. Add coconut cream and simmer for a further 5 mins, until thickened.
  • Place naan breads on a lined oven tray. Grill for 3-4 minutes, or until naan is browning and crispy. Keep a close eye on this as it can burn easily.
  • Once butter chicken has thickened, add evenly on top of naan breads, sprinkle over cheese and grill in oven for 3-5 minutes, until cheese is bubbling.
