Cookie Dough Bites, Makes 15

Add these nutritious, no bake, edible bites of cookie dough to your weekly snack rotation! Make these ahead of time for the perfect pre- or post-workout fuel that can be enjoyed throughout the week. We even love these for a wholesome after-dinner treat!

Cookie Dough Bites

  • 120 g smooth peanut butter
  • 4 Tbsp water ^
  • 1 Tbsp vanilla extract ^
  • 1/2 tsp salt ^
  • 1 pack almond & coconut mix
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup ^

Pantry Staples ^


    • Line a tray with baking paper.
    • Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix into a dough.
    • Using your hands, roll the dough into 15-20 round balls. Place on lined baking tray and refrigerate for at least an hour. Store in the fridge in an airtight container.
