  • 1 drizzle of oil ^
  • 500 g gnocchi
  • 400 g Parmesan pasta sauce

Pantry Staples ^


    • Heat olive oil in a large frypan on medium-high heat. Cook gnocchi for 4-5 minutes, tossing often, until golden. Add sauce to pan and bring to a simmer. Simmer for a further 1 minute, until gnocchi is tender. If sauce is too thick, add a bit of water to loosen. Remove from heat and season to taste with salt and pepper.
    • Enjoy with a side of your favourite veggies.
