Ingredients

Burgers

  • 1 drizzle of oil ^
  • 400 g beef burger patties
  • 1 pack kūmara sourdough buns cut in half
  • 100 g mint & horopito aioli
  • 100 g rocket

    Instructions

    • Preheat oven high grill.
    • Heat a drizzle of oil in a pan on a medium-high heat. Place patties in pan and cook for 3-4 minutes each side, or until well browned.
    • Cut buns in half and place on a lined oven tray. Place in oven and grill for 2 minutes, or until slightly golden. Keep an eye on these, as they can burn quickly.
    • Smother bottom burger bun with aioli and top with rocket, patty and top bun. Add more of your favourite fillings of choice or leave as is and tuck in!
