Cranberry & Sage Stuffing Ball Mix

Our stuffing balls have become pretty famous in the last few years, so we thought it was about time we shared the love and made them widely available. The most moreish treat to have alongside your roast dinner, the only problem you'll have is fighting over who gets the last one!

Stuffing Balls

  • 1 brown onion ^ finely diced
  • 1 pack cranberry & sage stuffing ball mix
  • 1 egg ^
  • 1 cup milk ^
  • 100 g butter ^ melted
  • ½ tsp salt ^

Pantry Staples ^


    • Preheat oven to 180°C.
    • Finely dice onion and add to a large bowl with egg, milk, melted butter, salt and Cranberry & Sage Stuffing Ball Mix. Mix well to combine and allow to rest for 5 minutes.
    • Roll mixture into golf ball sized balls and place on a lined oven tray. Bake for 35-45 minutes, until golden.
