Goat’s Cheese Ravioli with Creamy Sundried Tomato Sauce

This delicious, fresh ravioli is made using goat cheese medallions melted with caramelised onion to create a unique fusion of flavours. Paired with a tangy red pepper pesto and cream, it makes for a comforting combination and an easy meal in minutes!

  • 1 pack goat cheese & caramelised onion girasole
  • 1 pack red pepper pesto
  • ¼ cup cream


  • Bring a pot of salted water to the boil.
  • Cook pasta in pot of boiling water for about 3 minutes, until floating to the surface then drain.
  • Meanwhile, place a large frypan on medium heat. Place pesto in pan along with cream and stir, until warmed through. Remove from heat and stir through drained pasta. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
